Gin Burje is distinguished by the aromas and flavors of the high mountain plateaus of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Distilled from natural extracts of juniper berries, dwarf pine needles, and selected alpine herbs, this gin truly embodies the authentic alpine experience in every glass. Crafted from nine different herbs, it owes its unique alpine character to the dwarf pine, known locally as "Burje," from which the gin gets its name. Together, these herbs create a story that will soothe your soul and delight your taste buds.
Each herb, along with the pine needles, is handpicked and carefully prepared for the steam distillation process. This meticulous approach ensures that every sip tells a story of sustainable respect for nature, capturing the full alpine character that Primož, the creator of our gin, sought to preserve.
We serve this drink chilled, over ice, often mixed with a high-quality tonic containing real quinine, and garnished with a sprig of juniper or pine and a few juniper berries.

Odlikujejo ga vonjave in okusi visokogorskih planot Kamniško-Savinjskih Alp.
Destiliran je iz naravnih izvlečkov brinovih jagod, iglic ruševja ter izbranih alpskih zelišč, zato radi rečemo, da gin Burje prinaša v kozarec pristno izkušnjo alpskega okolja. Aromatični destilati so iz materine dušice, dobre misli, mete, melise, rmana, ognjiča in lipe, ki ustvarjajo zgodbo, ki bo pobožala vašo dušo in razvajala vaše brbončice.
Vsa zelišča so vzgojena in nabrana v Logarski dolini na vrtovih, ki jih obdelujemo po permakulturnih načelih, nekaj samoniklih zelišč v sezoni pa naberemo na Plesnikovi planini na višini nad 1100 m nadmorske višine. Ime BURJE izvira iz grmičastega bora, ki raste med skalovjem nad gozdno mejo 1100 m na Plesnikovi planini - na Solčavskem poznanega kot »burje«.
Vsa zelišča ter borove iglice ročno osmukamo ter jih pripravimo za nadaljnji postopek parne destilacije. Prav zato je vsak požirek zgodba o trajnostnem odnosu do narave, ki je Primožu, ustvarjalcu našega gina, omogočil, da je ujel okus polnega alpskega karakterja.
Pijačo serviramo ohlajeno s kockami ledu, največkrat jo mešamo z visokokakovostnim tonikom, ki vsebuje pravi kinin, z dekorativnim dodatkom brinove ali borove vejice in nekaj brinovih jagod.
